Hi! I'm Lillie, owner and chief baker at The Cake Kitchen.
My love for all things cake started at a very young age - which I have to admit mainly consisted of eating it! As I went through school,
I always knew there was only one thing I wanted to be... a baker.
And here I am, a few years on, proud owner of my very own little cake business.

Our little shop is based in Sandown on the Isle of Wight, where we offer an ever changing selection of yummy bakes and cakes. Alongside this, we also offer a bespoke cupcake and celebration cake service. There's nothing we like more than creating a beautiful, bespoke masterpiece for any special occasion.
We hope you love our cakes as much as we love making them!

I just wanted to say a very big Thank You to you for the fabulous cake and Savoury Afternoon Tea that you delivered to us on Saturday!
It was amazing ... delicious ... every single aspect of it!! You are very talented, and it was just the best way to celebrate our milestone anniversary in the present lockdown circumstances.
The Savoury Tea was by far the best we’ve ever tasted, particularly the cheese scones which were amazing! The cake was just so beautifully decorated that I really didn’t want to cut it ... and then to discover the moist, lemony cake was delightful. The freesias are now in a vase and looking fresh and pretty ... and bringing back lots of lovely memories of our wedding day!
We were sad that we weren’t able to celebrate in the way we would have planned with family and friends, but this gift really lifted our spirits, so thank you for the part you played in making it all happen! Congratulations on creating such a fabulous way to put a smile back on our faces, and good luck with your business. We hope you manage to ride out the ‘Covid Storm’ and you go from strength to strength as you richly deserve to.
